We hope you love what you've ordered! Please note that due to hygiene reasons, all underwear sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
Return Policy
No Returns or Exchanges: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear products unless there is a proven quality defect. Quality Issues: If you receive a defective product, please contact us at nonochic88@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
Final Sale: All sales are final. Please ensure you select the correct size and style before completing your purchase.
Important Notice: Non-Returnable Items: Underwear products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the original tags/packaging has been broken.
Processing Quality Issues: For any quality-related returns, refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued back to the original payment account. Please note that it may take an additional 3-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account due to processing times.
Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact nonochic88@gmail.com before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. If you have any issues or questions about your order, please contact us at nonochic88@gmail.com within 90 days after your order was first placed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
